How can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you receive a track & trace link via e-mail.

Where can I enter my voucher code?

When you click on the shopping cart, the overview of your order opens. Here you have the code "do you have a voucher code?", Here you can enter your voucher code.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time differs per country. For the Netherlands, the delivery time is 1 working day, if ordered before 15:00 on a working day. For a complete overview go to Shipping & Delivery. 


How do I keep my products in shape?

Wash your products at 30 degrees and do not tumble dry them.

Which size is suitable for me?

Our products have a normal fit. For more information, take a look at our Size Chart.


What is my order status?

You will receive a track & trace link by e-mail as soon as it leaves our warehouse. You can also track your package if you log in to My Account.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel the order, it is best to call +31 251 220051 as soon as possible. If you have placed your order on working days before 15:00, the orders will leave our warehouse between 16:00 and 18:00. Has your order already left our warehouse? Then there is no way for us to cancel the order. You do have the right to return your order. For more information about returns, go to Exchange, Return and Warranty.

How can I return my order?

All products purchased via can be returned. Please note our return policy.

You can submit a request for return within14 days after receiving the order, to [email protected] Please clearly state your name and order number. You will receive a return form via e-mail. Please fill it out and enclose it with the goods to be returned.

The costs of returning are borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise. Underwear can only be returned in its original packaging and unworn. Please make sure you to enclose the return form for a speedy return process. 

How do I get my money refunded?

We refund the money on the bank account used placing the order.
