All products purchased on the website may be returned within the following time frame at your own risk.You need to inform us of your intention to return the product(s) within 14 days after the day on which the product(s) come into your physical possession (or into the possession of a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you). You then need to physically return such product(s) to us without undue delay. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Underwear can only be returned if unopened in original packaging, unworn and in the same condition as delivered, with all tags attached. Returned products must have their original label. We will not accept or refund incomplete returns or products that have been worn or washed. If the products have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, we reserve the right to send the product back to the shipper.
Products purchased online cannot be returned to the Muchachomalo Concept stores in your local area and vice versa. Make sure that you do not have returns from multiple orders in one parcel to ensure that you get your refund as quickly as possible. Each order you would like to return has to be packed separately, for a fast and smooth return processing.
How to return
Returning your products with us is so easy. For returns please follow these 5 steps:
1. Pack your products. Pack your item(s) in the original packaging when possible. Make sure the parcel is safely sealed.
2. Download and fill out the return form here. It is important that you state the reason for returning each item you send back to us with your order number.
3. Send your order back. You can send your order back attending Exchanges and returns to:

4. Receive the refund. Once your returned products have been checked and inspected at our warehouse, you will receive a return e-mail notification. The refund for the returned items will be received via the same means you used to make your purchase. Refunds usually take up to 8-10 working days to appear on your statement, after you have received your return confirmation e-mail. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
